Shared Member Goals
NDBU brings business owners, managers, and supporters together around goals that strengthen North Dakota businesses and the communities they serve.
Help members understand what’s changing, and why it matters. Explain economic shifts, workforce trends, and regulatory requirements in plain language — no jargon — so every member can act on it.
Create a reliable line of communication.
Give business owners ongoing opportunities to share information, concerns, and possible solutions with one another.
Make it easier to navigate government requirements.
Help members understand the reporting, permitting, and compliance steps that affect their business, and where to go for them.
Identify gaps that affect day-to-day business.
Flag gaps in public and commercial services that affect a business’s ability to operate, grow, hire, and serve its customers.
Build useful connections across North Dakota. Give members opportunities to connect with business owners, managers, and industry leaders from different communities and sectors across the state.
Give members a direct role in shaping NDBU’s work.
Members may share ideas, recommend initiatives, help develop events, or serve on the Member Advisory Council. The council brings member priorities and proposals forward for consideration by the NDBU Board of Directors.
